Freezing rain and a horrible forecast couldn't stop 29 teams from coming out to the Big Easy this past Thursday for the final NYC tournament of 2008.
The tournament was dominated by the Eastvale Logging Company due of John Forchelli and Paul Farrugia, both of Queens.
'We've been playing well lately but just couldn't close the deal. It feels good to win the last tourney this season,' said Farrugia after the victory.
They took out Jimbo's WMBD's in the finals to take the tournament and the free StudentCity.com spring break trip.
