64 teams stormed into Porky's this past Saturday for the World Beer Pong Tour Championship Atlantic City Qualifier Tournament.
The field was deep, with many of the strong teams from Long Island and New Jersey in the building.
'Cookies and Apple Juice' comprised of Tone Vassilatos and Kris Fraser took out fellow companions Mike Farley and Deep Chakrabarty of 'Prestige Worldwide' in the final series.
These two teams met in the winners bracket final as well which managed to go in a record 5 overtimes before 'Cookies and Apple Juice' took the victory.
'Our three games with them saw 12 overtimes today, this was something great to be a part of,' said Vassilatos, the tournament MVP.
Christian Diez and Nick Manfredo of 'Zacks in School' came in third.
Still the top play of the day belonged to Deep Chakrabarty of 'Prestige Worldwide' when he hit four personal rebuttal shots to force overtime in the semifinals against Boom Baby.
'Its just what I do, I know I'm one of the best, today we just got unlucky in the final table,' commented Deep after the tournament.
